Users Timing Out

I am having a strange issue where our logged in users keep getting having their session time out absurdly quickly (like 45 seconds). I originally thought it was a cookies issue, so I implemented a solution from Tom McFarlan here After clearing my cookies everything seemed to be great. However, other people are having issues even after clearing their cookies.

Overall, I am a bit lost, and was hoping to get pointed in the right direction.
