Hi, I was using Buddy Press for my site members but i tried Users ultra after seeing the demo, seeing some examples too, It was amazing and i installed it because i want my users to have the most good experience, but i just can’t found what i saw in the demo, the profile don’t show bio or those things, something strange with the dashboard, my account page has the main column and every thing under while there’s a space for all those.

You know there’s like more than 10 things need to be fixed and i don’t know how to do, so please take a look and help me with this things.

Although send me a mail you can access too and i will create an account for you with a password will sent to this mail,sorry because of the plugin not fully completed yet we closed the registration option.

we don’t want to provide a bad experience for users, the site is new when we started it we got 100 members in the first week but profile experience was so poor with buddy press so we closed this option and deleted all users with a big sorry, it’s hard to handle something like that again.

I really like what i saw in the demo, Users ultra is greet and i wish to have a closer thing to what i saw, thank you so much.

Ofcourse nothing here mean to sound rude I fully understand that, although seems better to join your official support forums I will join right a way to open this topic again their.

About the bugs, I’m not an expert so i don’t know exactly what cause those problems but i wish Ultra support can assist me with.

Although if you can provide some tutorials links for a start up that will be so great, Thank you so much.
