Users Unable to access Dashboard

  • Hi,

    When users login to my website they are not able to see dashboard.

    How can i solve this issue?

    What role do the users have (administrator, editor, subscriber)? What happens after they log in?

    Users have the author role. Once they login my site and click on dashboard they can not see their post or they are not able to see the Add new post as well.
