I’m using this plugin with reCAPTCHA v3 enabled. Logging into WP as admin works fine without any issues. However, I just realized that users are unable to post comments. When attempting to submit a comment, the default error “Please solve Captcha correctly” is shown. I’ve reproduced this behavior by accessing the site in incognito mode.

When I look in my reCAPTCHA admin console, I see no suspicious traffic reported so I suspect the issue is with this plugin. Please look into it. Thanks.

PS: I’ve disabled it for now as it is impact my user-experience negatively.

  • You can reduce the sensitivity level of V3 captcha. Please go to Settings > Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha > Captcha Score and set a lower value.

As there are too many factor in V3 you can check your score in https://recaptcha-demo.appspot.com/recaptcha-v3-request-scores.php and see how much score you got there. You can try incognito mode there.

You can try other plugin as well which has V3 implemented and see if that working well.

Still from my experience i suggest you use V2.
