Users unable to request personal data

    The feature provided by ultimate members plugin in user’s profile Section called “request personal data” does not work properly with my website. After complete the request user receive an email with confirmation link but the link appears invalid.(Note-I have change my admin login url from basic wp-login to a custom url) But after replacing the admin url with login url received from email, result remain same(Page doesn’t exist).
