Users unable to signup

  • I have not had a contact added in over a year. I have users that are putting in their info, but the plugin doesn’t add them to the audience. I only have one active list.

    I just had a user tell me he thought he had signed up months ago… I told him to do it again.. He did, he was not added. Instead he got an error message which said, “You need to wait for sometime before subscribing again.”

    But he was never subscribed in the 1st place. What is happening?

    Hello there,

    I am extremely sorry for the delay in my response.

    While testing the issue on your site https://www.zonetraderpro.com/day-trading-blog/, we noticed it is asking to Select list even though there isn’t any list to select in the form.

    Can you please confirm if you are too facing a similar issue when subscribing?

    Also can you please let us know the subscription form settings from dashboard menu Email Subscribers –> Forms and how it is added on frontend? You can share the above information in form of screenshots if you prefer.
