Users Unenrolled from courses

    Hello,

    We have acquired Edwiser Bridge with the woo integration, and using Woocommerce subscriptions. The site is in production now and was working fine until a few days ago.

    The issue seems to be, that when a users buy one of the courses, the permission to moodle is given properly but then, maybe one or two days later, it removes the permission.

    We are getting complains from the users that they were able to log the first time but then their permissions are gone.

    We can check the user, but the normally he or she is not enrolled to any course. After making a syncronization of all the users, the access right appears again.

    Can you please assist me with this issue?
