    Can you provide a link to your site. It’s possible you have a javascript error that is only showing up when you are not logged in, which may be killing the ticker scripts. Are you able to see the ticker if you set it to List mode?

    Please run through this article https://metaphorcreations.ticksy.com/article/1483/ to pinpoint the source of any potential javascript errors (be sure to keep Ditty News Ticker active, and also be sure to switch to a default theme like TwentyFifteen).

    I put the sticker in the list mode, but do not see it.

    I followed the guide but the problem remains, if they are logged not see it, otherwise you will not see anything.

    That’s very strange. I’ve never seen this behavior, and almost have to assume there is some plugin or theme functionality that is causing this. Should the ticker be showing up on the home page?

    Did you try switching your theme? And are you using the shortcode embed method or direct function embed?
