    We’re trying to replicate the issue with no success.

    Did you add the shortcode within a page? are you calling that page by using href from your nav menu?

    Please let me know. I would need to receive a more information.

    Could you please share the link of your website?

    Hi Alex,
    thanks for your reply.
    Yes, the shortcode is on a page. The page (name: Logout) is only visible in the mainmenu if the user is logged in. The navigation menu is just calling the page not a URL.

    I just wanted to let you know that we’re not ignoring you. It’s hard to find out what’s going on without seeing it on real time,

    However, we’re rebuilding this feature and the new one should sort your issue out.
