    Hello,

    I have a wordpress site with custom registration and profile page. I have two sets of users one is set is of the users imported from an old website plus the new set of users.
    I have mailchimp integration on the custom registration page as well as profile page. The new users on registration are added to the mailchimp. However, when the new users or the old ones update their profile (subscribe/unsubscribe) the changes are not reflected in mailchimp.
    On manual user sync all the users are added to mailchimp whether or not they opted for it. Also the status of all users in the ’email marketing’ column in mailchimp is changed to unsubscribed.

    Hello,

    Please note that the “User Sync” addon comes without support. We are in the process of updating the plugin code to make it more simple to use and remove some of the functionality such as auto sync which causes the above issue.
