userwp not showing the user phone number

    when the new user creates a profile, there is a phone number field on the registration form which is required to be filled out with the phone number. in the wordpress dashboard, the same phone number is shown for all the users 1638291139. How come I cant see the phone number that they entered?

    Hi @gmutual

    Did you check the “Info” link when you hover on the user list in the WP Admin > Users. You will see the submitted data when you click it. You can also view the submitted data when you add the Phone Number field to the Profile Form via UM > Forms > Profile Form and then view it in the /user/ or /profile/ or whatever page assigned in the UM Page settings > User page.

    Hi i don’t see an info tab and I don’t see a way to add the phone number to the profile form.

    When I click on the user name in the wp admin it shows the same false phone number for everyone and when i view the profile form in userwp to try to add phone number , phone number is not an available option. any guidance?

    its odd bc it shows their correct dob but not their phone number, everyone gets the same incorrect phone number 1638291139

    Can you confirm if you have added the phone number field in the Profile Form in wp-admin> Ultimate Member> Forms> Edit Form?
