Using 24hr time when creating event?

Hi, is it possible to set up MEC to use 24 hr time instead of am/pm when creating events? I use 24hr time everywhere else on the site, and it also works when displaying events to visitors, but its kinda silly that the admin/edit screen use am/pm when creating events
