Using 4.03 Constant Contact – Internal Server Errors, Gravity Forms, & P3 Profil

I have narrowed my issues down to the Constant Contact plugin. I am using the most recent update.
Since the 4.02 update the site has been throwing internal server errors, Gravity Forms became uneditable, and I cannot see the the P3 Plugin Profiler data.
The internal server errors are “Premature end of script headers:” for various PHP pages.
The Gravity Forms problem is that when you go to edit a form, you cannot click on the fields to edit them.
The P3 Plugin profile problem is that it cannot display the scan data correctly.
Upgrading to 4.03 did not solve any of these issues.
Deactivating Constant Contact resolves all of the issues. This does not work for us as the client’s events calendar and list subscriptions are all through your plugin.
A work around for gravity forms is to turn “No Conflict Mode” to ON, but that is does not solve the internal server errors which are my biggest concern.
