Using a Child Page break permalinks when viewing question

Same issue here, and it is somewhat very important.
Can you look into this , please.

So my page for questions is this, and works!
https://www.moonstone.co.za/compliance-officer/co-questions-answers/

But then I wouyld assume my ASK page will be this:
https://www.moonstone.co.za/compliance-officer/co-questions-answers/ask

And my User page this:
https://www.moonstone.co.za/compliance-officer/co-questions-answers/users

BUT it only returns an 404 error…

That will be super… I am rather in an urgent situation…

I did save permalinks and options again.
The also deactivated plugin and reactivated again to go through the setup procedure again, but no luck.

OK I have fixed it, download it from official Github repo and upload.
Here is the link:
https://github.com/open-wp/anspress/archive/master.zip

if still it give error 404 just save the permalinks once or anspress base page.
