    How to make equipment or preventative maintenance database. something like a ticket help desk with a database for equipment?

    A powerful plugin that i tried was DB-toolkit, but it didn’t have a way to filter records based on the user.

    I am making an equipment database for a customer, something which is used for preventative maintainance for the customers equipment. The users in the database would also be the same as the blogs users.

    Seems a simple sql query would work, but I simply don’t know how.
