Using a different language

  • I opened the oceanwp.pot and translated a few strings and then created an el_Gr.mo file which I uploaded. However, although the site language is Greek it does not seem to pick up the translations from that file. For example strings like “2 mins read”, “Continue Reading”. How is it supposed to work?

    Please try to move the file into the languages folder in WordPress, and check. because WP better reads custom translations from there
