using a Forminator shortcode in a popup makes shortcodes on pages not work

    I created several popups with a Forminator shortcode on them. They work great but now the form shortcodes placed directly on pages that don’t have popups don’t display the form. If I turn off the popups the forms come back.

    Sorry to hear you encountered issues!

    We checked your page but it looks like you disabled Popup Maker already.

    We tried reproducing your issue on our test sites but we couldn’t.

    Forminator forms on pages still appear fine even with Popup Maker active.

    Could you send us a ticket via Support Request – Popup Maker? We might need to take a closer look at your setup.

    Thanks for checking on this. I did have to disable the plugin as this is a live page. I will be creating a clone so I can test further. I’ll let you know how that goes.

    To be clear, the problem with forms not showing was for other forminator shortcodes placed directly on a page not using Popup Maker.

    Yes, the forms we placed on pages still appeared even with Popup Maker active.
