I’m trying to use a plugin that will allow users to upload images with their reviews. I’m not fussed about which plugin I use, but have so far tried Customer Reviews and YITH WooCommerce Advanced Reviews.

With no plugin added, a text review works perfectly. However, when I have one of these plugins installed and I add an image after I click submit it takes me to a “Oh Snap! Nothin is here” page – an error page essentially.

Can anyone advise on how to fix this? It seems that someone had this problem a few years ago but it was never resolved. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/404-error-when-trying-to-upload-photos-with-a-product-review-2/

    Thank you!

    Hi @alysa841!

I’d recommend trying out the Product Reviews Pro extension. Among other features, it allows you to accept photos and videos as part of a review.

This is a paid plugin. Note that WooCommerce.com offers a 30-day refund policy, which will allow you to test the extension for a few days to decide if it will work for what you need.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
