Using a pre-existing subdirectory install and wp crashing

I desperately need some help here.
I finished building a WP site in a client server’s sub-directory https://pwfinance.net/wp/. When I tired following WP codex instruction under title ”Using a pre-existing subdirectory install” ( https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory) on moving the files. I followed every step, change URL in general setting, modify index.php etc., then WP crash, I can’t even get into my WP Dashboard. And all page layout got the messed up, please see: https://pwfinance.net/wp/.
I tried deleting the .htaccess file, nothing seemed to work, my hosting company doesn’t offer PHPAdmin cpanel.
Somebody help!!!
