Using a Theme with WP Booking

Hello
I have a website theme (Kastel by Puruno) with WP Booking – but I want to use my own booking platform – when I deactivate WP Booking – I lose all the hotel rooms – they appear invalid .. I want to use the theme with the rooms but link to a different booking platform
does anyone know how to do this or if it is possible ?
