Using ACF Alongside Pods

    Hi everyone

    My friend has done a lot of work in ACF while I made the custom post types and taxonomies in CPT UI. I was going to re-do the whole thing in Pods as I prefer the creation of CPT’s and Taxonomines in Pods over CPT UI. However, it seems to be a waste to re-do the whole thing.

    My question is, could I simply use Pods to create the CPT’s/Taxonomies and then use ACF to create the fields? CPT UI and ACF work together well but will there be any conflict between Pods and ACF?

    If all you’re doing is registering the post types and taxonomies with Pods, it’s no different than using CPT UI with ACF. It should work just fine. ACF is only custom fields and that’s all you’re doing in that configuration, registering the ACF fields on top of CPT’s and Taxonomies.
