In the meanwhile you or your developer should be able to display the “From Name” in the sent emails without the backslash with some customization code as a temporary workaround using the example code recipe mentioned in the issue comments here – https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/issues/1255#issuecomment-1609198417
