Using Artisteer for a WP template?

Has anyone ever used Artisteer to create a WP template? I’ve done it before, but only for websites that have side navigation. At first glance, Artisteer seems to want to “force” side navigation for WP templates because it assumes you’re creating a blog instead of a website. I was wondering if anyone knew how to create a WP template in Artisteer with top navigation?
