Using as a 1-to-1 live customer chat or ticket submission?

First of all, I really love this plugin, I have only been using it for a few short hours but absolutely love it so far.
I was wondering if there was any support for creating a 1-to-1 chat system for customers in this plugin or any kind of ticket submission built in?
