using characters in classname

  • Hi
    I am using tailwind on my site so I need to add classes that contain colons eg
    md:classname lg:otherclass
    However the colon is being stripped out when it gets displayed. Is there a way to get round this?

    i’ve worked round it by using a string replace of the output in a
    ‘display_posts_shortcode_wrapper_open’ filter.
