Using COD with PW WooCommerce Gift Cards

    First of all let me congratulate you on this great plugin, simple, beautiful and functional.
    I would like to to know how could I stop the plugin generating the code on the checkout if using COD as a method of payment. I am intending to use the plugin in a country where all the purchases will be using COD including the Gift Card, for other products I don’t have any problem, once the order received (with status on-hold or processing until the money are physically received the admin will change the status) for the gift card couldn’t do it as soon as the user gets to the checkout the gift card generates the code.
    Any thought How to achieve this?

    I just used one of woocommerce plugin COP Cash On Pickup and it worked the order has been set on hold until changed by admin to processing then PW Woocommerce Gift card plugin activated the code and sent an email.
