Using commas within tags

Hi,
My blog deals with tv shows. I’ve been using the title of the shows as categories but have recently seen the error of my ways. I am going through my posts and am using the titles of shows as tags instead.

My problem is that some of the tv show titles have commas within them For example:
Beverly Hills, 90210
Murder, She Wrote
Yes, Dear
Doogie Howser, M.D.

I thought I’d found a clever solution– to use the HTML code for a comma but WP very nicely converted them to commas. For now, I’m leaving the commas out of the titles though it’s not my preference.

Any suggestions? If possible, I’d rather not have to go back and manually change all of my tag-separating commas to something else.
