Using Cookies to Check if User is Logged In on External Page

  • Hi there,

    I’m doing support for a membership-only site, with an introduction page hosted outside of the WordPress installation. I want to be able to redirect logged-in members to the WordPress directory from the introduction page using the WordPress logged-in cookie if possible. How do I go about this?

    And is it just me or does every time I ask someone for help with a “membership-only” site I feel a need to explain that it isn’t porn?
