Using coupon with cart containing Bundles

Hi there,
we found there is a issue with using coupon(we are using fix amount deduction),
where we excluded the bundles items from using this coupon, and allow anything that is a simple item.

When the cart include both simple items and the bundles we exclude, it doesn’t allow us to use the coupon at all. I remember this use to be ok. And if I remove the bundle from the cart, the coupon can be apply again.
