Using CPanel’s Cron instead of WP Cron?

    Hello,

    My host does some weird limiting stuff with WP Cron, not exactly what they do but I believe they stop it running continuously and instead opt to run it once every 30 mins or so. Anyways, having spoken to them they said I should use the Cron feature inside CPanel for this.

    Anyone know how to use this? All I see is timings and somewhere to put a command. What do I put and how often?
