Using Custom Fileds for fetured article with Good Theme Lead

All,
Having trouble declaring a featured article with Good Theme Lead.

I want to show the featured article over two column span as it’s done in https://yomedia.com/

They are saying:
For displaying images in featured posts you have to fill custom fields:
In the custom field area, enter the Name as screen and the Value as the url of the image (480×220 px).

It didn’t work for in a sample article https://mcgrathlexusdealers.com/?p=71. Do I need to insert any code in the body of the article itself?
