Using deprecated functions since wp 2.0

I got this notice,
has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated ...Our development policy is to only use updated code in our projects, so reporting errors must be ON and clean by any plugin, turning off is not an option.
Any one knows how to call the right way? or fix?
