Using E-Mail as Reply-To address

    Thanks. Looks great.

    One comment: I normally have the “REPLY TO NAME” come from two fields “first name” and “family name”. Therefore I’d love to be able to select two fields (even more in some cases, for example if there is also a field for the title).
