Using Exacttarget with contact form 7

Hey I have a question regarding ExactTarget. I would like to add an email signup form to my website, but I cannot get it to work with CF7. Currently the only way to do this is to put the form code directly on the page. However this creates other issues such as validation and adding multiple pages (For when there are errors and when form submission is completed). I would love to avoid having to code all this up (Mostly because I do not know enough about PHP or jquery to do so.)

Is there any way to get Cf7 to work where it will recognize the code required to call ExactTarget and add the email to my subscription list?
