Using "featured pages" boxes as links

Hi

Great and professional looking theme!

I’m working on a page for a client, and would like to use the four featured pages boxes in the bottom of the homepage as custom links instead, though I have not been able to work out their structure in the .php-files.

Is there any smart way to do this?

Please ask for more details ??
