Using FileBird Pro on Multisite

I saw on another thread that this plugin’s Pro version has an update feature that prevents using the system on a multi-site install of WordPress. However, I have a follow up to it.

We have three sites that are set up as a multi-site install, but they each run on their on own unique domains. Is it possible to use FileBird Pro on this if we install it to each individually instead of using the Network Admin area?
