How to publish geo locations from a Google sheet to a map automatically?

I have a process where users would enter data via Google form. This would include their location (post code), this was then pushed via script to a Google Fusion table linked to a map. It was easy and worked nicely. Now Google have pulled Fusion how can I achieve the same using this (or another) plugin?

I want to keep the existing Google form and sheet setup, I just need a way to get the data from the sheet to the map automatically
