using hard coded wp_options table name

I just noticed I’m seeing a lot of PHP errors for MySQL and it appears to be because this plugin is using a hardcoded table prefix for selecting data.
I have a custom prefix that is NOT wp_ for my tables.
Hoping you can fix this in the next version to use the dynamic value of whatever the prefix is defined in wp-config.php
