Using Headings Instead of Paragraphs for Add Placement?

Hi! I’m just getting started with Ad Inserter. I have set it up to place ads after the 3rd, 6th, and 9th paragraph on a page, but this can sometimes result in an unfortunate discontinuity in my pages. For example, see this one:

Note that the first ad is fine, it follows a content section, but the second ad splits things awkwardly.
What I’d like to be able to do instead is to place the ads before a header after x headers. Is this possible?
