Using HOME in the navbar but not as the PAGE TITLE

    On websites I build I generally prefer to have HOME in the navbar but not as a page title.

    So it’s like this:
    Nav buttons (sidebar and top nav) = HOME – Page heading = ABOUT THIS WEBSITE

    Does anyone have a clue how to do this? I’m using the Thematic theme. I’ve seem some tutorials which use two pages, using the HOME nav button linking to a page called: ABOUT THIS WEBSITE, whose own nav button is hidden down a couple of levels. But they didn’t work when I tried it.

    The home page is static not the blogg.

    You could try using wp_page_menu – excluding the Home link from the generated list – but precede it with a link to `<?php bloginfo(‘url’);?>.
