using .htaccess don't resolve the mod_security and flash uploader problem

    hi,
    I had the http error when using the flash uploader of wordpress.
    I search the support forums and try everything I have seen…
    but nothing solve my problem…
    I used .htaccess way… but the problem still shown…
    and the server admin don’t want to stop mod_security…
    what can I ask him to do at the next time I call him…
