Using Image Map

    Very nice looking plugin!

    One question that I cannot seem to solve or figure out:

    Is there way to show a layout (like image map) of campsite and let user pick a certain site? In other words they see a map with campsite number and pick the one they want?

    Thanks for sharing the plugin!

    Hi @texasbiz,
    There is no inbuilt solution for this. You may use our other free plugin additionally – Getwid. This is an extension for Gutenberg editor and you may use it to add an image of the map and add hotspots like on this example website https://getwid.getmotopress.com/image-hotspot-block/ You will be able to add the links of accommodation types to each hotspot and your visitors will go the page of accommodation type and book it.
    There are many other awesome blocks included in Getwid.

    I will explore your advice for another plugin to accomplish the task. Was hoping for built-in solution since would certainly be easier to assign rv parking spaces to the booking engine. Looking for less work:)

    Have not personally tried the hotel booking plugin yet, only exploring my options. Was told by fellow designer about your plugin and she had high regards for it (paid version). If I decided to go with Motopress, will give a rating as believe in supporting the small business community.

    On second look:

    “Image Hotspot block – place unlimited animated markers with fully customizable tooltips over your image to make it more informative and interactive.”

    Will not work. A visitor will see a map of rv park with all the available parking spaces. They click on the space they wish to reserve and are taken to booking engine. Do not need a popup marker. Or, am I missing something?

    Seems this would be standard in a plugin that supports camping (your demo). People must be able to pick a spot and reserve it.

    Thank you for your further question. You can add a link for a hotspot to redirect to the page of the parking place (certain accommodation type) where a visitor can read more information and check availability.
