Using images in posts

Is there any simple way (for example using plugins) to insert and format images in posts?

What I want to do is to be able to align, wrap text, add vspace and hspace to each image I insert to my post.

This I want to do from the admin interface WITHOUT having to manually edit the code each time. That would be too difficult for most of my users.

I have been searching for days for a plugin that can do this but have not found any that works.
