Using in conjunction with Mailpoet

    Does this plugin work with the Mailpoet plugin? MailPoet has an option to send mail using PHP Mail, however, I tried sending mail to the same address first using Easy WP SMTP and then Mail Poet. The email was received when sent via the SMTP plugin but not via Mailpoet.

  • Hi, are you saying that when using this plugin the mail was received?

    If you are using PHP mail then this plugin will not have any effect. If a plugin is sending mail via WordPress’s mail function (wp_mail) then this plugin will send that email over SMTP.
