  • Also been using it for a long time, only recently noticed 13 cookies being used on my site thanks to Chrome blocking them by default.
    Turns out “anonymous cookie targeting” was enabled on my Disqus account. Once disabled the warning stopped.

    The option can be found in your Disqus account at disqus.com/admin/settings/advanced/
