Using JWplayer with Templatic Video Theme

Hey guys, whewn I try to put in the custom video embed field for the free video theme for templatic, using jwplayer for my video, I put the custom code in that wordpress gives me when it gives me the option to insert with jwplayer (yes i’m using a licensed version) but when i try to put it in the video embed field it just shows the text, but when i put it in the post field it shows up in the description area. please help.
