Using lazy load on page

Is it possible to use this plugin on a page and lazy load specific parts of the page.

I’m using Visual Composer to build a page and I would like to show 2-3 rows from a section and afterwards to display lazy load button and afterwards new section with a couple of rows.

So my general idea is not to use the plugin with posts but on a page and lazy load some parts of it.

I’ve tried to do it on my own but I can’t see the way if this is possible.

Please advise.
