Using LearnPress for Online/Offline Courses

We would like to be able to offer online courses that are self-directed or instructor led. We also want to be able to allow people to register for offline courses that are listed on the same website. We are currently using the free version of Education LMS. Will the paid version allow for this capability or should we use a different theme? The current template does not allow for a custom registration form either. All assistance would be greatly appreciated.
