Using max mega menu plugin conflicts with responsive menu

Hello all!

I am using the max mega menu plugin to create mega menus on a website using the customizr theme. However, on smartphones, the customizr mobile menu button appears and when I click it, a second similar button appears (from the max mega menu plugin) and I have to click that to get to the actual mobile dropdown. So I have to click two buttons to actually see the menu. Is there a way to make the customizr mobile menu button (3 dashes) immediately show its content, without needing a click? Its only content is the mega menu mobile button. you can see what I mean here, if you zoom in on the page a lot on your pc or laptop:
