Using Meta tags for keywords/description

  • An organic Google search for my site produces a mess! I’ve tried putting meta tags for keywords & description in the Header.php code- didn’t seem to work.

    Throughout my posts where prompted I have put in keywords.

    I have All-in-One SEO plugin

    I just installed META SEO Pack plugin

    Google title & description from organic search- I can’t figure out where in the heck it’s pulling this info from my blog.

    keywords- I can’t figure out where Google is pulling those either. I’m only using a few targeted keywords, but if I use Google Keyword Research Tool and type in my URL- it shows a ton of keywords that I’m not even targeting?
